Type Bangla script with ease using Bijoy Bayanno. This system utility, created by Mustafa Jabbar and released in 2009, allows you to type Bangla characters directly using your keyboard. It provides a Bangla and Bengali font that is Unicode-compatible. While similar to Avro Keyboard, Bijoy Bayanno is not open-source and may not be as flexible for developers.

Bijoy Bayanno is designed for everyone to use. Bengali, also known as Bangla, is the official language of Bangladesh and is widely spoken. The Bengali script is cursive and may not be available on most computer systems by default. However, there are various Bangla typing software options available, including Bijoy Bayanno or Bijoy 52. This program is user-friendly and allows for easy switching between Bangla and English.

The program includes basic features common to most typing tools. It can be used offline and compatibility can be changed to Non-Unicode or ANSI. PDF typing sheets are also available online to help with entering words or phrases. Installation is straightforward – simply unzip the file and launch the EXE file to begin. Note that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 must be installed first. During installation, select your operating system and enter the activation key found in the included text document.

While Bijoy Bayanno is a useful tool for typing Bangla characters, it may lack some advanced features found in other similar programs like avro.
